A recent survey of more than 92,000 consumers showed the Kia Optima and Kia Soul are two of the most satisfying cars in the U.S. market. Both were recently acknowledged by AutoPacific’s 2014 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards. In response Michael Sprague, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Kia motors America, said, “While the Optima and Soul have very different personalities, their appeal in the marketplace is a shared strength. Customer demand continues to climb for these great vehicles, and we’re glad to see the AutoPacific survey confirm what our sales results have already told us.”
AutoPacific attempts to assist consumers in making smart buying choices. In measuring vehicle owner satisfaction the survey considered more than 50 vehicle aspects including comfort, efficiency and performance.
