Kia’s 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil ad campaign suggests that “For One Month, Let’s All be Futbol Fans!”

Supermodel Adriana Lima is inviting you to join her… in being a soccer fan! A day ahead of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil sponsor Kia is releasing a trio of Spanish-English commercials featuring Lima asking everyone to love “futbol” for just one month. You may recognize Lima from Kia’s “Drive the Dream” ad aired during the 2012 Super Bowl. In this latest campaign Lima stars along with the 2015 Optima midsize sedan and Sorento CUV. Michael Sprague, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Kia Motors America says, “The reaction to Adriana Lima’s appearance in ‘Drive the Dream’ was overwhelming, and with the World Cup being staged in her home country of Brazil and her love for the game it was a natural fit to partner again and add a bit of glamour and humor to our ‘fútbol’ campaign.”
