One of the dancers who played a hamster in a 2012 Kia Soul commercial is under arrest for fraud for allegedly collecting disability benefits while working. The Huffington Post reports that 27-year old Leroy Barnes, was injured on set in June 2010. He collected more than $50,000 in disability benefits for the accident. But the California Department of Insurance says Barnes also continued to work. The agency says Barnes used a couple different pseudonyms while performing in not only a Kia Soul commercial but as a back-up dancer for the likes of Madonna and Chris Brown. CBS News says Barnes is out on bail after being arrested in March of this year.
